The wine is bright, with a striking perfume of ripe red fruits, cherries, strawberry and the highly typical fresh raspberry, intertwined with floral and spice accents. The silky palate texture and effortless flow across the mouth call Pinot Noir to mind while the seamless transition of aromatics reaffirms the unmistakable fruit intensity of Grenache.
As the wine aerates the emergence of more evident powdery tannins and an undertone of crushed-rock minerality amplifies the pleasure of discovering beguiling complexity in a wine that also delights with its elegant simplicity.
