Chenin Blanc originated in the Loire Valley in France, where it is used to make the region’s highly regarded Vouvray sparkling. Old World Chenin is hailed as being zingy and refreshing while New World Chenins are typically more full-bodied with notes of peach, honeydew and guava. In recent years Australian Chenin Blanc has truly found its groove, particularly in the Margaret River and Swan Valley regions of WA.

Pale straw in hue, this sparkling wine presents with a fine energetic fizz carrying notes of Pink Lady apple, nashi pear and lemon zest. The palate possesses a crisp and refreshing acidity resplendent with grapefruit, quince and honeydew melon. From the very first sip a lovely mousse fills the palate creating a wonderfully sensual, textural and flavourful experience. Enjoy as an aperitif or in the sunshine with friends.
