The nose is floral, lifted and typically expressive, featuring red cherry, wild strawberry, and rhubarb, with underlying notes of anise and dried herbs. On the palate, concentrated cherry and summer berry flavours are supported by vibrant acidity, which provides drive and freshness. Fine-grained, mouth-filling tannins add structure and length, resulting in a wine of notable persistence and textural complexity. The evolution of this wine is bound to be immensely rewarding.
