Chablis, revered for its crisp, mineral driven-driven Chardonnay, finds distinction in the vineyards of Préhy. Here the Kimmeridgian soil imparts a distinctive flinty character to the wines while the cool climate and northeastern exposure of the vineyard contributes to the grapes' slow ripening, preserving their vibrant acidity and elegant aromatics. 2024 Marchand & Burch Village Chardonnay
Sourced from our Mount Barrow vineyard in the Mount Barker sub-region of the Great Southern. Fruit intensity and purity stand resolutely at the forefront of the Marchand & Burch Villages Chardonnay, yet it is the fine acidity and restrained minerality typical of Great Southern that sets it apart from other West Australian Chardonnay.
