Vintage
Crémant de Bourgogne NV
A blend of Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté. Aromas of red summer berries are accompanied by those of sherbet, apple strudel and waterfall mist. This bright sparkling wine carries with it plenty of rich flavours that dance across the palate.
2022 Rosé
Made from old vine Grenache and Pinot Noir, the wine opens up beautifully to reveal luscious red fruits, fresh cream, and hints of spice. Raspberry, strawberries, Rainier cherry, and pomegranate form a bouquet bursting with freshness. Confectionary notes of musk stick and berry jube intertwine with vanilla bean creating depth and intrigue.
2019 Morgon
Produced from hand-harvested 45 year old vines using traditional techniques including gentle whole bunch fermentation and maturation in concrete. The nose engages with ripe raspberry, forest fruits, anise spice and sweet earth and leathery notes. The palate is full-fruited with a vibrant juicy acidity and a powdery tannin profile which lengthens the finish to reveal stony earth, leather and pepperberry notes.
2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir
A shortened élevage and use of seasoned oak ensure that fruit is at the forefront of this youthful and vivacious Pinot Noir. Dark cherry, red currant, beetroot, and rose hip tea lie atop layers of savoury notes ranging from toasted nuts to roasted game and damp earth creating a complex and appealing wine designed for easy enjoyment in its youth.
