2022 Miamup Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
The pale-green colour of this classic Margaret River blend points to energetic nature of the wine. Herbaceous notes of basil and lemon verbena are supported by aromas of poached pear and gooseberry. The palate abounds with Sauvignon Blanc's vibrant flavours of ruby grapefruit, quince and finger lime accentuated by Semillon's structure, texture and citrus-driven acidity. A lively yet soft lime zest and chalk-like minerality delivers a bright, clean finish.

2022 Flint Rock Chardonnay
Subtle oak, white peach and lime blossom intermingle with saline notes, reflecting the wine’s Great Southern origins. Pink Lady apple, grapefruit and Meyer lemon drive the palate with savoury elements of salted cashew and nutmeal providing complexity and depth. The judicious use of French oak and lees stirring provide a creaminess and weight balanced by crisp acidity and granite minerality typical of our Mount Barrow vineyard.

2022 Miamup Rosé
A bold, pronounced, and irresistible bouquet of white strawberry, hibiscus, marshmallow, watermelon, and tangerine leaps from the glass, tantalizing with floral and fruit aromas. The first sip reveals Meyer lemon and pink grapefruit acidity that is delightfully bright and juicy. The wine spreads out across the midpalate with fruit richness presenting flavours of white raspberry and rhubarb while adding a lovely weight and slippery texture. The aromas of the nose are mirrored and magnified on the palate resulting in an incredibly enjoyable wine with a captivating persistence of flavour. A dry finish completes the experience, leaving lingering notes of red fruits and orange oil.

2019 Flint Rock Shiraz
Garnet in colour with a lively bouquet of black and red fruits with subtle spice, musk and hibiscus notes. The palate is fleshy and mouthfilling with Satsuma plum, mulberry, boysenberry fruit flavours plus Hoisin sauce notes and sweet spice flavours. The blend of fruit from our Frankland River and Mount Barker vineyards really bring a sense of play and complexity with spiced, finely structured parcels of grapes combined with bold, primary flavoured parcels. 15% wholebunch fermentation adds wild depth of flavour and pleasant chewy tannins; balanced by refreshing natural acidity and fine-grained oak texture.
