2021 Flint Rock Pinot Noir
Bright, translucent ruby in the glass, this juicy, red fruited Pinot Noir exhibits great elegance, poise, and balance. Freeze dried strawberry, dark cherry, raspberry, sage, charred earth, and gravel form a tantalizing nose. The palate reveals subtle powdery tannin towards the front and mid palate giving way to a silky and slippery mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe red fruits and underlying minerality fill the mouth while a balanced acidity caresses the sides of the palate creating an overall lovely shape. The end result is a delicate and lifted Pinot Noir style that is immediately appealing with attractive savoury undercurrents.

2018 Flint Rock Shiraz
This wine exudes both power and finesse, with a core of rich fruit complemented by savoury spice accents and controlled within a web of supple tannins. Dark cherries, sweet plum, mulberry and raspberries vie for attention on the nose and palate, with cinnamon and vanilla notes adding complexity. The mouthfeel is opulent, silky and plush, with some fine tannin grip evident on the prolonged finish. The inherent balance in this wine provides the opportunity to revel in the bold fruit flavours, which delight without overwhelming the palate, the essence of a fine Shiraz.

2018 Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon
Balancing power and elegance in an ideal harmony, with a remarkable intensity of perfume ranging from cocoa dusted blackberries, violets and hedgerow herbs, cassis and coffee, and sweet earth. The palate reveals ample and succulent fruit tannins that promote an array of rich and persistent forest fruit and dark plum flavours, overlaid with regional bay leaf and black olive characters, while French oak delivers accents of savoury spice and mocha. An immensely satisfying and moreish young Cabernet with the depth to reveal further complexity with 5 or more years in the cellar. Another concrete example of the outstanding 2018 vintage in Margaret River.
