Olivier Bonville runs this Côte des Blancs estate, originally set up by his grandfather Franck, a grower in Avize. The Bonvilles now have an unrivalled domaine in Avize, Oger and Cramant, totalling 20 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards, all classified Grand Cru.
The Unisson cuvée is comprised of only the very best wine, taken from the 2017 and 2018 vintages.
