The aromas are redolent of violet, cherry, blackberry, and savoury charcuterie. The palate contains layers of flavour commencing with plush raspberry and transforming towards spiced chocolate. An opulent texture brings weight to the palate while a fine acidity draws back to a cocoa powder tannin finish with subtle plum tones.
