In most years the wine is a blend of grapes sourced from the Abercrombie vineyard in Mount Barker and the Leston vineyard in Margaret River. Our long term commitment to and passion for grape growing in the two major premium grape growing regions of Western Australia is reflected in this wine.
Presented here in 1.5L magnum format which is ideal for long term ageing and the celebration of important milestones.

TASTING NOTE
Vintage
A youthful ruby red in colour with purple hues. The bouquet is a mix of fresh berry fruits and sweet toasted oak. Rich in classic Cabernet notes of sweet blackberry and blackcurrant, rubbed dry herbs and soft cocoa and mocha spice, the palate's opulence is shaped by a fine tannin structure and bright acidity.
This wine is definitively Cabernet - fine, pure and perfumed, with great length of flavour, balance and poise.

Drink with steak and a side of bitter-edged vegetables such as broccoli rabe or grilled radicchio.
