Petit Jeté NV
Notes of citrus zest, peach, and freshly baked macaroons. The fine mousse of the palate captures bright flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple. Time on yeast lees has added creamy lemon curd and subtle wafer biscuit layers of flavour and texture.

Jeté Premier Brut NV
Pale lemon in the glass with a fine bead, this Western Australian sparkling wine captures ethereal orchard fruit freshness underpinned by hints of cashew nut and freshly baked brioche. Notes of oyster shell salinity, white blossom, lemon meringue, straw, custard apples, and white raspberry add complexity and depth to the enthralling bouquet.

Jeté Rose NV
Lifted notes of fresh white strawberry, tart cranberry, pink rose petal and sea spray. Delicate and lithe with a fine, creamy mousse, the palate possesses rich strokes of berry coulis and crème pâtissière balanced by a bright, clementine-like acidity. This wine culminates in a mouth-watering, crisp finish with lingering wisps of ripe raspberry, rhubarb crumble, and white nougat.

2020 Grand Vintage Jeté
Aromas of shortbread, meringue and apple tart emerge alongside an underlying mineral edge of oyster shell and shale. Vibrant freshness is evident, as flavours of white grapefruit, lemon pith and finger lime mingle seamlessly. Almond and gingersnap notes become apparent in turn, due to 52 months spent on lees in tirage. A refined and sophisticated bead dances delicately over the palate, amidst a harmony of citrus fruits and green apple, leading to an energetic minerality that unfurls to a lengthy, mouthwatering finish.
