Olivier Bonville runs this Côte des Blancs estate, originally set up by his grandfather Franck, a grower in Avize. The Bonvilles now have an unrivalled domaine in Avize, Oger and Cramant, totalling 20 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards, all classified Grand Cru.
This cuvée is emblematic of the terroir. The constancy of the blend is obtained by the addition of reserve wines when required and a long ageing in the cellars. With a very fruity nose, the mouth is strong, creamy and elegant.

"It shows perfectly our idea of a Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs: a lot of finesse and elegancy, a beautiful minerality enveloped by smoothness. The first white flower aromas come to wave and open on white peach and grapefruit notes. The energy of this blending gives rhythm to the tasting. The salty end resonates for a few seconds again. The finesse and the tension of this wine often invite us to share a bottle by the aperitif or paired with sea fruits for an iodized harmony."
